Air Around the Clock, a Coral Springs air conditioning company, has reached an out-of-court agreement in its trademark infringement case against a competitor. Air Around the Clock had accused the rival of misappropriating its successful “Your wife is hot. Better get your A/C fixed” billboard campaign.
